Member Levels were designed to promote active members. We reward members for being active with these levels, and to be at the very highest is considered a great honor. Please note that economy and finances are optional in HF as Horses Forever does not really observe money. Imported horses are considered in your created credits. Please refer to the Guidelines page for more information.
If you are interested in a game merge or complete move with your stable from another game to HF, please contact the officers for further discussion.
New – Just joined. Allowed to have a maximum number of ten horses (three created, seven bought/bred), but no establishments. Must be active for at least two weeks before being promoted to the next level. Must enter at least one show (if available) before being promoted to the next level. Must board at a stable before being promoted to the next level – this stable can be the HF hosted boarding stable on the forum.
Beginner – Has fulfilled all above qualifications. Allowed to have a maximum number of 20 (6 created, 14 bred/bought) horses and two establishments. The establishment(s) must be active. One establishment is required, which can be your new stable in HF if you wish to start building one. Member must be active for a minimum of one month total before being promoted to the next level. Must hold a minimum of one show before being promoted to the next level. Must enter at least two shows (if available) before being promoted to the next level. If member chooses to not start their own stable, the member must board at a stable or at HF.
Intermediate – Has fulfilled all above qualifications. Allowed to have a maximum of 50 horses (10 created, 40 bought/bred) and three establishments. One establishment is required before being promoted to the next level. Must be active for a mimimum of two consecutive months total before being promoted to the next level. Must hold a minimum of two shows before being promoted to the next level. Must enter at least three shows (if available) before being promoted to the next level. One establishment must have been active for at least a month.
Advanced– Has fulfilled all above requirements. Allowed to have 400 horses actively showing, and an unlimited but reasonable number of horses in general (including retired/breed stock). Member can have an unlimited amount of establishments. The member now has the option of opening their stable up to be a boarding stable. Just reaching this level is an accomplishment, but it doesn’t mean that you can slack off. If you have a stable, it must be updated regularly and hold regular shows. The same goes for all of your establishments.
Promotion/Demotion
Members can be both promoted and demoted by the Officers. To be promoted, the above requirements must be fulfilled. You must keep track of your level and notify an Officer when you are ready to move up.
Demotion, probation, suspension, banning, is very rare in HF, though has been used to handle a grievous offense by a member to other members.
Members in the New Level will be given one month to become active, or they will no longer be considered a member. If the then-former member would like a second chance, he or she may feel free to send in another joining form.
Returning Members
HF welcomes back return members! If you are a return member in good standing with HF, please let us know in the join form. We would like to extend the offer that returning members come back at their previously earned member level.
